My natural progression at different lead me to seek an agency with my digital-led projects. Inspired was a great fit. It allowed me to take a senior position with developers across not only across experience levels but across tech-stack too.

My day to day responsibilities covered;

Leading team of developers (interns, juniors, mid-weights)
Mentoring junior and midweight developers
Creating bespoke sites with WordPress
Optimising development workflow (gulp, npm)
Maintaining a variety of legacy sites
Scoping new work
Build plugins and functions to speed up process
Attending client meetings and presenting design/builds
